How long will my order take?
Your order is created just for you! With on-demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing. Processing & shipping times vary, but we usually see a 3-4 week turn around.

We'll let you know once your order been shipped and tracking information is available so you can keep an eye on your goodies.
What is your return policy?
Please use our size guides and measure carefully, and reach out if you have any concerns or would like some advice.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty. We're constantly working to improve our fit guide and would love to know how we can make it easy for you! Please get in touch if you have any issues with sizing or fit.
Made-to-order vs custom orders:
All of the products listed on the website are made-to-order, but you can also have a custom artwork created! You can purchase the original piece (ink drawing, watercolour or acrylic), a digital print, or have it transformed into a garment only to be worn by you.
